* Important Note: Mutoh* has been rolling out a firmware update for older UV printers using LUH1 inks. This firmware update will render the old chips useless. To verify which firmware your printer is using simply turn the printer OFF and than back ON during the process of booting the printer will show the current version firmware (F/W) installed. Order only the version for your printer. Ordering the wrong one will result with additional charges for a replacement chips/smart cards or restocking fees per our Return and Refund Policy.

All our inks are guaranteed to work to or exceed manufacturer spec. All cartridges are pretested to ensure chips are functioning. We will replace or refund any of the following,
- Chips don't work - requires returning the product with its original package.
- Damaged Product during shipment - Require pictures of the package and the damaged product.
For any claims please contact our customer service with the above information.
Used cartridges and not DOA (Dead On Arrival) will not be replaced or refunded.

In some rare cases we will accept return of unused ink cartridges in their original packaging and as long as they have over 10 months of shelf life left within 30 days from purchase. Shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once we receive the products depending on product arrival condition. In these rare cases the buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance involved with returning the product. Products must arrive in pristine conditions! Items arriving in unacceptable condition will not be subject to refund.
